Job description

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic IT Intern to support our daily IT operations and administrative activities. The intern will assist in troubleshooting computer hardware and software issues, maintaining IT equipment, and providing general administrative support as required. Students who are able to begin their internship in July 2026 will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in troubleshooting and resolving basic computer hardware, software, printer, and network-related issues.

Support the setup, installation, and configuration of desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.

Document IT issues and solutions for future reference.

Liaise with external vendors for IT-related support when required.

Assist in data entry, filing, scanning, and document management.

Support coordination of office activities.

Maintain proper records and documentation.

Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Basic knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and Microsoft Office applications.

Familiarity with Windows operating systems and basic network concepts is an advantage.

Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Candidates who are available to start in early July will be given priority.
