Kerja Sepenuh Masa Process Engineer, Gaji tinggi MYR 4,000 di Agensi Pekerjaan Inter Island Johor - Maukerja

• Develop, improve and optimize manufacturing processes to achieve higher productivity and product quality.
• Troubleshoot production process issues and implement effective corrective actions.
• Analyze production data to identify process improvement opportunities.
• Support new product introduction (NPI) and process validation.
• Prepare and update process documentation, work instructions and SOPs.
• Work closely with Production, Quality and Engineering teams to improve manufacturing efficiency.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste, downtime and production costs.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality and customer requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Manufacturing, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic or related field).
• 1–3 years of experience in electronics manufacturing is preferred.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma or continuous improvement tools is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

Experience:

• electronics manufacturing: 1 year (Preferred)
• Lean Manufacturing, and Six Sigma : 1 year (Preferred)
• Process Engineer: 1 year (Preferred)
