Kerja Sepenuh Masa Junior Network Engineer – Network Operations Center, Gaji tinggi MYR 3,000 di ORIENT TELECOMS SDN BHD Federal Territory - Maukerja

The Junior NOC engineer will be a part of team which main task are as follows; Proactively monitor, log and resolve customer circuit issues in a timely manner.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. He or she will be working on a 12 hour shift. 2. Create Trouble Tickets for any customer and network incidents. 3. Proactively monitor network (Optical, Ethernet and IP services) platform and Customer Monitoring thru Network Management Systems. 4. Provide Technical support to customer complaints and inquiries. 5. Coordinate with various teams to ensure the fault is restored in time. 6. Will be the 1st level of escalation for customer and network related incidents. 7. Review, approve and arrange planned maintenance activities to the customers and partners. 8. Provides support to NOC Team lead and Manager updates including procedural documentation and relevant reports. 9. Monitor network performance and produce reports for key stakeholder 10. To provide training to upskill Network Operations Team

Requirement:

Degree in Electronics and Communications / Computer Science/Technology/Information Technology/Engineering with a major in Networking/Telecommunications/Other related field.

Candidate with CCNA is a plus but not required. Knowledge of internet infrastructure technologies. Experience with all aspects of networking including IP, TCP, VPNs, Routers, Switches, and Firewalls. Good in written and oral communication skills. Understanding of ISP and Telco business models and Industry, nationally or globally Knowledge of network management platforms including such as nagios, cacti, prtg is an advantage. Knowledge of internet infrastructure technologies. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced with aggressive deadlines. Flexibility and ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities. Ability to work extended hours as required.

Experience: With or without experience. Experience in Telecoms industry will be an added advantage.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
