Position: Customer Service Support

Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, social media, and other communication channels.
- Provide accurate information regarding FoneRewards products, services, promotions, and redemption processes.
- Handle customer complaints, feedback, and issues professionally while ensuring timely resolution.
- Follow up on unresolved cases and coordinate with internal departments for effective issue management.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the system.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and contribute ideas to improve customer experience.
- Assist in testing and reporting system issues encountered by customers.
- Support campaign launches and promotional activities by addressing customer-related inquiries.
- Ensure all customer interactions comply with company policies and service standards.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Customer Service, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, call center, customer support, or related roles. Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a positive attitude.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and basic computer skills.
- Experience with CRM systems or customer support platforms will be an added advantage.
