Job Summary

We are seeking a responsible and hardworking Warehouse Assistant to support daily warehouse operations. The successful candidate will assist in receiving, storing, and dispatching goods while ensuring inventory accuracy and maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and unload incoming raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods.
• Verify the quantity and condition of goods received against delivery documents.
• Assist in loading and unloading trucks, containers, and other vehicles.
• Update and maintain inventory records and warehouse documentation.
• Conduct stock counts and support periodic inventory audits.
• Ensure proper labelling and identification of materials and finished products.
• Follow all safety procedures, company policies, and warehouse operating standards.
• Report inventory discrepancies, damaged goods, or safety concerns to the Warehouse Supervisor.
• Assist with other warehouse-related duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM/Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• At least 2 years of warehouse experience is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of inventory control and warehouse operations.
• Physically fit and able to lift and move goods when required.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Responsible, disciplined, and detail-oriented.
