Kerja Sepenuh Masa ARCHITECT PART II, Gaji tinggi MYR 2,500 di ZLG SDN BHD Federal Territory - Maukerja

Job Responsibilities :

• Prepare and coordinate submission drawings for Building Plan (BP), Planning Permission (Kebenaran Merancang - KM), and BOMBA requirements.
• Produce detailed construction drawings and architectural specifications in compliance with UBBL (Uniform Building By-Laws).
• Liaise with C&S and M&E consultants to ensure seamless design integration and resolve site technicalities.
• Take ownership of design stages from concept to Schematic Design and Design Development (DD).
• Attend site meetings and assist the Project Architect in contract administration, moving towards the eventual target of CCC (Certificate of Completion and Compliance)

Job Requirements :

• Must possess a Master’s Degree in Architecture or equivalent, recognized as LAM Part 2 by the Board of Architects Malaysia.
• High proficiency in Revit (BIM) is highly preferred. Mastery of AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite is essential.
• Familiarity with Malaysian building codes (UBBL, Bomba, and Strata requirements).
• Proactive, detail-oriented

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM6,436.36 per month
