As a Business Development Executive at BÜAL Studio, your mandate is high-ticket pipeline growth. You will be responsible for pitching and closing our premium, long-term retainers. Specifically, you will be selling our two primary tracks: fully outsourced growth pipelines (DFY) and strategic advisory sprints (DWY). This requires you to fluently pitch our unified 3-Phase Growth Engine, which encompasses Strategic PR, high-fidelity Studio Production, and Performance Marketing.  </p>

Operating from our Jalan Ampang headquarters, this role involves executing our acquisition strategy, rigorously qualifying inbound leads, and driving targeted outbound initiatives. Day-to-day, you will command negotiations, present tailored investment parameters, protect the studio’s operational bandwidth by ruthlessly filtering out bad-fit prospects, and facilitate seamless handovers to the core studio team upon contract signing.
