Requirements:

1. Possess at least a Diploma in Accounting / Finance
2. Able to work independently and under pressure.
3. Good communication skills, detail oriented and responsible
4. Candidate must possess own transport.
5. Required skill(s): Ms Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Autocount software.
6. 5 days work per week (Mon to Fri: 8:00-6:00)
7. Work location: Senai, Johor.

Account Assistant

Fresh/Entry Level

Responsibilities:

Account Receivable 

In charge of cash management & sales reconciliation.

Regularly match bank statements against accounting records.

Follow up on outstanding payments & reconcile customer accounts.

Ensure proper filing is done in timely and accurate manner.

General Support 

Ability to handle payroll system.

Familiar with Labor laws and social insurance benefits.

Assist with account payable tasks.

Assist with month end and year end closing.

Supports audits and prepare documentation.

Handle any other ad hoc duties assigned by superior.
