Job Summary

You will perform manufacturing and assembly operations, troubleshoot equipment, maintain production records, and support shift work to meet production targets while ensuring quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform manufacturing, production, and assembly operations following SOPs and quality guidelines
• Carry out basic technical troubleshooting and conduct minor equipment repairs to maintain production flow
• Install software and perform system updates as required to support equipment functionality
• Maintain accurate production records and prepare basic reports for operational tracking
• Calculate production yields and ensure precise documentation for quality control
• Coordinate with team members to achieve daily production targets efficiently
• Work independently while adhering to quality and safety standards in a fast-paced environment
• Support rotational shift operations to maintain continuous production

Required competencies and certifications

• 'O' Level / SPM / ITE Graduate or equivalent qualification
• 0–3 years of manufacturing or production experience (fresh graduates encouraged to apply)
• Basic knowledge of manufacturing and assembly processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel, to manage production data
• Basic computer literacy and troubleshooting skills to resolve minor technical issues
• Strong communication skills in English (reading, writing, and speaking) to coordinate effectively
• Basic mathematical skills and attention to detail for accurate yield calculations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and adapt to shift schedules
