Kerja Sepenuh Masa Architectural Coordinator, Gaji tinggi SGD 3,500 di TRINITY CONSTRUCTION DEVELOPMENT PTE. LTD. Islandwide (Singapore) - Maukerja

· Attend techinical meeting/site meetings with consultants, and provide technical solutions;

· Study drawings and coordinate architectural works with the consultants and sub-contractors to resolve any technical / site issues;

· Ensure architectural works are carried out according to specifications / drawings;

· Inform Project Director / Project Manager on any technical / site problems pertaining to architectural works;

· Supervise the progress of architectural works on site;

· Coordination of sub-contractor's architectural work and ensuring the work is on schedule.

· Manage and supervise day-to-day running of project site.

· Coordinate, prepare and update architectural and structural 3D BIM.

· Implement and monitor work schedules according to master and detailed work programs.

· Attend site inspection conducted by client’s representatives/ consultants.

· Conduct study of construction design to resolve technical issues in advance.

· Evaluate and resolve discrepancies / problems at site.

· Liaise with sub-contractors.

· Conducting inspections/site walks to check on progress and work performance of sub-contractors.

· Ensure all materials used are approved, raise material requisition.

· Coordinate handing over of completed works.

· Delegate/assign tasks to workers as appropriate and supervise to ensure compliance with stipulated procedures, methods of statement and safety requirements.

· Other duties assigned by the PD, PM.
