Job Description:

• Sourcing and communicating with suppliers to secure purchases and aim of converting them into partnership suppliers
• Negotiate optimal purchasing terms and conditions
• Generate Purchase order, report and maintain purchasing master data in system
• Analyse and determine the most suitable deal from various suppliers
• Bring in new leads and identify opportunities from new regions
• Develop and maintain relationships with current/ potential suppliers
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned by reporting manager

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess either a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, and other relevant fields with minimum of 2-3 years of relevant work experiences
• Well-equipped in Microsoft Excel Skills
• Good critical, decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Outspoken and good communication skills; able to communicate across departments
• Works well in fast-paced environment
