Together, we are here to revolutionize real-time 3D technology. Our goal is to push the boundaries of real-time 3D visualization, offering innovative tools that enhance user experience and operational efficiency across various industries.

Role Summary:

A client-facing coordination and support position working closely with the sales and management teams. Ideal for someone confident, presentable, articulate, and comfortable interacting with people. No prior sales experience required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate meetings, appointment scheduling, and follow-ups with clients.
  • Assist during client engagements, demos, events, and visits.
  • Prepare simple documents such as quotations, proposals, and meeting notes.
  • Support sales and management with day-to-day administrative tasks.
  • Maintain updated records, schedules, and client information.
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and timely updates.
  • Help prepare basic presentation materials and client-facing assets when needed.

Requirements:

  • Good communication skills and confidence in client interactions.
  • Professional and well-presented in meetings and events.
  • Organized, reliable, and attentive to details.
  • Comfortable learning basic software tools (email, Word, Excel, simple CRM).
  • Enjoys meeting people and supporting a fast-paced team.
  • Prior experience in customer-facing roles (hospitality, reception, retail, events) is an advantage but not required.
