About the Role: We are looking for a diligent and proactive Procurement Executive to join our team. You will play a key role in supporting our engineering and construction projects by managing vendor relationships, sourcing materials, and ensuring our procurement processes are efficient and cost-effective.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end procurement cycle (from requisition to delivery).

• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors to ensure competitive pricing and high-quality standards.

• Prepare and process Purchase Orders (PO) and manage invoice discrepancies.

• Maintain accurate procurement records and ensure compliance with company policies.

• Collaborate with the engineering/operations team to understand project requirements.

Requirements:

• At least 1-3 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the construction or engineering industry.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel).

• Good negotiation and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
