Operations Assistant (Class 3 Driving Licence Required)

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with daily operational and administrative activities.

• Coordinate deliveries, collections, and transportation of goods or materials.

• Drive client vehicles as required for operational tasks.

• Support inventory management.

• Liaise with suppliers, customers, and internal departments to ensure efficient workflow.

• Prepare and maintain operational records and documentation.

• Assist with scheduling, logistics coordination, and general office support.

• Ensure compliance with company safety and operational procedures.

• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 Driving Licence.

• Minimum GCE 'N' Level, GCE 'O' Level, ITE, or equivalent qualification.

• Prior experience in operations, logistics, warehouse, or administrative support is an advantage.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

• Physically fit and willing to perform hands-on operational tasks when required.

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Responsible, punctual, and detail-oriented.
