Tanggungjawab

  1. • Responsible and honest
  2. • Arrange daily stock and order the goods
  3. • Arrange staff take turn to apply rest days
  4. • Have ideas to solve shortage of manpower matter
  5. • Set goals for performance and deadlines in ways that comply with company’s plans and vision and communicate them to subordinates
  6. • Receive complaints and resolve problems
  7. • Maintain timekeeping and personnel records
  8. • Pass on information from upper management to employees and vice versa
  9. • Prepare and submit performance reports
  10. • Train new employees
  11. • Ensure adherence to legal and company policies and procedures and undertake disciplinary actions if the need arises
  12. • Proven experience as supervisor or relevant role
  13. • Familiarity with company policies and legal guidelines of the field
  14. • Ability to learn a variety of job descriptions
  15. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
