Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Kota Kinabalu. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving strategic sales initiatives. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting potential clients, conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and providing inputs to marketing strategies. Collaboration with internal teams to improve service delivery and grow market presence will also be essential.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Business Development, Sales Strategy, and Customer Engagement
• Experience in Market Research and identifying growth opportunities
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including Presentation and Negotiation abilities
• Ability to meet sales targets and work under deadlines
• Experience in the home elevator or construction industry is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Willingness to work on-site in Kuching and travel as needed
