Job Scope:
Provide administrative and logistical support for training programmes, workshops, and events
Manage end-to-end programme administration
Handle course setup and records, participant registration and communication, and post-course evaluations
Coordinate logistics such as venue setup, materials preparation, and travel arrangements
Liaise with internal stakeholders and vendors to ensure smooth programme execution
Support procurement processes, budget tracking, billing, and payments
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with service standards
Requirements:
Diploma in any field
Experience in administration, operations, coordination or events support
Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with virtual platforms
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication and interpersonal skills
