Key Responsibilities

1. Outbound Shipment Handling

  • Prepare shipment traveler / documentation for outbound items.
  • Ensure items are correctly packed per shipment specifications.
  • Coordinate item handover to logistics providers and internal stakeholders.
  • Track shipment status and follow up to ensure on-time delivery.

2. Inventory & Lab Operations

  • Execute daily operational work orders and inventory tasks.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and asset tracking.
  • Support inventory audits, reporting, and item traceability.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum: SPM / SKM / Diploma or equivalent.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and system updates.
  • Able to handle multi-task operations and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email systems).
  • Able to work in shift-based scheduling.
  • Comfortable working in a semiconductor lab or technical environment (training provided).

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
