Tanggungjawab

Job Description:

  • Prepare payment voucher for various group of company
  • Prepare cheque
  • Prepare TT/Rentas
  • Upload payment using internet banking
  • Update payment advice (via Email or Whatsapp)
  • Update remittance/ collection
  • Monitor utilities bill for hostels and offices
  • Bank reconciliation
  • Prepare document for audit
  • Filing and documentation
  • Involve with meeting operation and prepare collection report

Requirements:

  • Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in accounting or finance.
  • Proficiency in AutoCount accounting software.
  • Strong knowledge of General Ledger (GL) and financial reporting.
  • Advanced Excel skills and ability to work with spreadsheets.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
