Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage electrical engineering projects from initiation to closure.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and track progress against milestones.
• Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Conduct technical analysis, feasibility studies, and risk assessments.
• Design and review electrical systems, components, and layouts.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and regulations.
• Perform troubleshooting and problem-solving to address project issues and challenges.
• Prepare project documentation, reports, and presentations for stakeholders.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of best practices.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia
• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in electrical project management within the construction industry.
• Proven experience in project management, preferably in the electrical and mechanical engineering fields.
• Strong technical skills in electrical systems design and analysis.
• Proficiency in project management.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of relevant industry standards, codes, and regulations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
