Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform quality audits and reviews on vehicle inspection reports, damage assessments, claims documentation, and repair estimates.
- Ensure all reports and processes comply with company standards, client requirements, and established SOPs.
- Identify errors, discrepancies, and non-compliance issues, and recommend corrective actions.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance and service quality of panel workshops, adjusters, and inspectors.
- Investigate customer complaints related to inspection, claims, or repair quality and provide improvement recommendations.
- Prepare quality control reports, audit findings, and performance analysis for management review.
- Assist in developing, implementing, and improving quality control procedures and operational processes.
- Work closely with Operations, Claims, and Inspection teams to maintain service excellence and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Automotive, Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in automotive, insurance claims, vehicle inspection, or quality control is preferred.
- Good knowledge of vehicle repair processes and motor insurance claims procedures will be an added advantage.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication and report-writing skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
