• Reviewing and analyzing all subsidiaries cash flow on a quarterly basis
• Preparing consolidated cash flow forecast for holding company;
• Assessing funding needs for each subsidiary and overall holding company, propose funding solutions with consideration on optimal capital structure (within liquidity and debt constraints) and facilitate required funding from Group to subsidiaries.
• Review all subsidiary treasury related board papers
• Preparing all holding company treasury board paper
• Preparing ultimate holding company’s treasury report
• Help to maximise Group other income [interest income] vide excess fund
• Execute Foreign Exchange policy at Group and manage implementation and execution of foreign exchange policy across the subsidiaries.
• Reviewing and analyzing on Group and subsidiaries M&A projects – Finance scope, including financial due diligence, structuring and funding
• Prepare, reviewing and analyzing Group and subsidiaries Forex
• Maximizing repatriation of funds from subsidiaries to Group via TOSA, Dividend, Shareholder Loan / Interest Income or Shareholder Loan repayment

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum bachelor’s degree from accredited university in a related field – Accounting/Finance, Economics or Business Law
• Other related qualification such as Certified Financial Analyst, ACCA, etc would be an added advantage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Min 5-7 years of working experience
• Working knowledge of telecommunications industry and related accounting principles is an added advantage

Skills & Knowledge

• Strong understanding of business-related financials.
• Strong time management skills and ability to work efficiently within tight deadlines
• Fluent in verbal and written English plus effective reporting, presentation and communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills, able to work independently as well as collaborative lead multi-functional teams of diverse cultures, proactive with a keen eye for detail.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel / Power point)
• Experience and good knowledge of financial modelling
• Innovative/creative thinking
• Willing to work on a flexible schedule

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
