Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Technical Support Executive to provide day-to-day technical assistance and maintain the smooth operation of computer systems and office technology. The successful candidate will support users, resolve technical issues, and assist with IT-related projects and system improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance for computers, software applications, and office equipment.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and related devices.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Assist in maintaining network infrastructure and system performance.
- Perform routine system checks, updates, and preventive maintenance.
- Maintain records of IT equipment, service requests, and support activities.
- Coordinate with suppliers and service providers for technical support when required.
- Support users in resolving day-to-day technology-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with company IT policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in technical support, IT administration, or a related field.
- Knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and business software applications.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts and connectivity troubleshooting.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Able to prioritize tasks and work independently.
- Possess own transportation is an advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
