About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to support the administration and coordination of engineering and infrastructure projects. This position plays a key role in ensuring project records, commercial documentation, and stakeholder communications are managed effectively throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Duties
- Coordinate project-related documentation and maintain accurate records.
- Prepare and track quotations, claims, reports, and project submissions.
- Monitor project progress and assist with administrative follow-up.
- Work closely with suppliers, subcontractors, consultants, and clients.
- Support cost monitoring, purchasing activities, and material coordination.
- Ensure documentation is updated and maintained according to company procedures.
- Assist management with project reporting and status updates.
- Support multiple ongoing projects and administrative requirements.
Requirements
- At least 3–5 years of experience in project administration, project coordination, or a related role.
- Experience within engineering, construction, electrical, or technology-related industries is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of documentation control and project support processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
