Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate operations across multiple clinic branches
• Ensure SOP compliance, quality assurance, and operational excellence
• Manage customer service standards and complaint resolution
• Build and maintain relationships with hotels, corporate organisations, and strategic partners
• Plan and coordinate corporate healthcare programs, CSR activities, and events
• Develop healthcare service packages and business growth initiatives
• Monitor KPIs, analyse operational performance, and prepare management reportsRequirements
• Bachelor’s Degree (Mandatory)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in:
• Healthcare Operations
• Clinic Management
• Hospitality Operations
• Retail Operations
• Multi-Branch Business Operations
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in: Microsoft Office, Data Reporting, Dashboard Analysis & Presentation Skills
• Own transport and willingness to travel between branches

Salary & Benefits

• Salary Starting From RM3,000 (Based on qualifications and experience)
