Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Technical Support to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist customers with technical issues, troubleshoot hardware, software and networking problems, and ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service. This role requires a tech-savvy problem solver who can communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner to non-technical users.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Respond to customer inquiries and complaints regarding technical issues.
2. Diagnose and resolve hardware, software and networking problems.
3. Provide timely and accurate feedback to customers.
4. Guide customers through troubleshooting steps to resolve issues.
5. Escalate unresolved issues in accordance with standard procedures.
6. Maintain records of customer issues and solutions for future reference.
7. Support the roll-out of new applications and provide user training as needed.
8. Test and evaluate new technologies to improve system performance.
9. Document technical knowledge in the form of manuals and notes.
10. Willing to work after office hours, and on a rotational basis during public holidays and weekends.
Qualifications:
1. Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (preferred).
2. Proven experience in technical support or a similar role.
3. Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
4. Familiarity with operating systems, software applications and networking concepts.
5. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
