Tanggungjawab

  • Ensure invoice received from supplier are being recorded in Esker and posted to MCC Accounts Payable (“AP”) module accurately and timely and have been processed and approved in accordance with established Standard Operating Procedures (“SOP”).
  • Ensures the daily operation’s activities assigned are managed and delivered timely to the location/users within the determined key performance indicators as set out in the Service Level Agreements (“SLA”).
  • Follow up internally with various departments and externally with vendors on invoice and payment-related matters.
  • Ensure payments are prepared in accordance with company’s policies, procedures and consistently process payment as per schedules.
  • Perform reconciliation of vendor statements against AP Ageing.
  • Ensure 3-way matching is performed timely and accurately. To match vendors’ invoices to purchase orders (“PO”), delivery orders (“DO”), receiving reports (“RO”), debit or credit notes (DN/CN), price variance approval and where required, liaise with internal departments, other department heads or vendors if necessary to complete the document set.
  • To ensure correct charge code, cost centre and approval workflow for non-PO invoices or other requests for payments that are without PO.
  • Validate invoice and batch payments as per payment schedule according to payment term to ensure suppliers are paid within due date.
  • To ensure consistent reminder sent to supplier to upload invoices listed in the Statement of Account (SOA) and prompting users to create Internal request 


Job Requirements:


  • Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a professional qualification (LCCI, CAT, or CTA).
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in Accounts Payable or a related field.
  • Proficient in computerized Accounts Payable systems and Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Able to prioritize multiple tasks, work under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain a high level of accuracy.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills with strong logical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
