• Assist in the assembly, testing, and setup of various mechanical & electrical systems, such as vehicular or automation systems, and provide continuous support to other departments when available.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality parts or products.
• Assist the team lead in developing work instructions and safe work procedures for the manufacturing process.
• Assist the team lead in creating a low-level training plan to facilitate production assembly work.
• Assist the team lead in providing guidance to the junior technicians and interns
• Provide useful feedback and ideas to the engineering team continually.
• Implement good 5S practices.
• Establish calibration procedures for equipment.
• All other duties assigned by your supervisor
