Role Overview

At Thousands of Years Media Sdn. Bhd. (ToYm), we are looking for an Operations & Admin Assistant to support the smooth day-to-day operations of the company. You will be responsible for inventory management, order fulfillment, courier coordination, purchasing, documentation, invoicing support, and general operational tasks to ensure efficient business operations.



Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, pack, and process orders accurately and efficiently.

• Coordinate parcel deliveries and collections with courier service providers.

• Deliver or collect items from courier centres, suppliers, vendors, or other locations when required.

• Organize, maintain, and monitor inventory and stock records.

• Perform stock counts and report low-stock items to management.

• Assist with purchasing, procurement, and supplier coordination.

• Prepare invoices, maintain operational records, and support administrative documentation.

• Maintain accurate records of orders, inventory, purchases, and operational activities.

• Ensure products, materials, and storage areas are organized and properly maintained.

• Support daily office operations and other administrative tasks assigned by management.


Requirements

• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Workspace.

• Good organizational and time management skills.

• Responsible, reliable, and able to work independently.

• Detail-oriented and accurate in handling records and documentation.

• Physically fit to handle packing, inventory, and operational tasks when required.

• Possess a valid driving license and willing to travel locally for operational duties when required.

• Prior experience in operations, logistics, administration, warehouse, or e-commerce is an advantage.

• Familiarity with AI tools and productivity software is an advantage.

• Able to multitask and provide support for any tasks or projects assigned by the company as needed.
