about the job
We are looking for a Lead Observability & Platform Engineer to own and evolve the enterprise ELK (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) platform, which serves as the backbone of the organization's logging and observability ecosystem. You will be responsible for designing, scaling, and optimizing large-scale Elastic Stack deployments, ensuring high availability, performance, and reliability. Working closely with SRE and Platform teams, you will drive logging, monitoring, and telemetry capabilities using ELK, OpenTelemetry, automation, and cloud-native technologies, supporting mission-critical global services.
