Tanggungjawab

Key Responsibility:

1.Entity Governance & Corporate Management

-Ensure the business operates smoothly and fulfills its obligations during the leadership transition.

-Maintain alignment with the company's strategic plan and operational KPls.

-Oversee departments such as Compliance, Finance, Risk, Operations and IT

-Coordinate Board meetings, management committee meetings, and governance reporting requirements.

2.Compliance Management & Regulatory Engagement

-Establish and maintain proactive communication and relationships with local regulatory bodies.

-Stay current on all regulatory developments and compliance requirements related to trade payments and cross-border fund movements, and develop strategies to navigate regulatory challenges, ensuring continuous compliance and business robustness

3.Cross-functional Collaboration & Product Delivery

-Drive high-efficiency collaboration across internal teams (Sales, Operations, Product, Risk, and Compliance) to ensure customer-centric development, optimized workflows, and regulatory adherence.

-Oversee the end-to-end implementation of partnership projects, including the coordination and finalization of legal agreements, rapid product rollouts, and continuous post-launch optimization.

4.Process Excellence & Operational Efficiency

-Continuously evaluate and innovate trade payment processes and operational models.

  • -Collaborate closely with external partners to advance digitalization and automation of key workflows, significantly boosting operational efficiency and maximizing end-customer satisfaction.
  • Education & Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Law, or a related field. An MBA or professional certifications in compliance, risk, or payments are advantageous
    • Minimum 8–12 years of experience in financial services, fintech, payments, banking, trade finance, foreign exchange, or cross-border payment
    • Proven experience in a Country Manager, General Manager, Head of Operations, Head of Business Management, Chief of Staff, or similar leadership role within a regulated financial institution or fintech environment
    • Strong understanding of corporate governance, regulatory compliance, operational management, and stakeholder engagement
    • Experience working with regulators, central banks, financial authorities, or payment licensing bodies is highly preferred
