Are you organised, detail-oriented, and eager to gain practical experience in office administration? BINTARA is seeking a proactive and motivated Office Administration Intern to support our daily administrative operations. This internship offers valuable exposure to office management, document administration, coordination activities, and business support functions within a dynamic technology company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily administrative and office support tasks.
  • Prepare, organise, and maintain company documents, records, and filing systems.
  • Support the coordination of meetings, appointments, and office schedules.
  • Assist in managing office supplies, stationery, and inventory records.
  • Handle data entry, document preparation, and record maintenance.
  • Support correspondence, including emails, letters, and internal communications.
  • Assist with procurement and administrative documentation when required.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other administrative documents as assigned.
  • Perform other duties and projects assigned by supervisors.

Requirements:

Education

Applicants must be currently pursuing or have recently completed a:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, Administrative Management, Management, Human Resource Management, Secretarial Studies, or a related discipline.

Knowledge and Technical Skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Strong organisational and record-keeping skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with office procedures and administrative practices would be an advantage.
