Job Description:

• Assist in receiving incoming goods by verifying deliveries, unloading items, and placing them in the appropriate storage locations.
• Support order processing activities, including picking, packing, and preparing products for dispatch and delivery.
• Participate in stock take exercises and maintain accurate inventory records to ensure effective inventory management.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organisation, and housekeeping standards to support a safe working environment.
• Assist in product sorting, labelling, and storage in accordance with established warehouse procedures.
• Prepare basic warehouse-related reports, including inventory balance reports, stock discrepancy reports, and daily operational updates.
• Adhere to company policies, safety requirements, and standard operating procedures in all warehouse operations.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Warehouse Supervisor from time to time.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Possess good teamwork and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; knowledge of inventory management systems is an added advantage.
• Self-motivated, eager to learn, proactive, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

Pay: RM1,000.00 per month
