1. Financial & Accounting Support

• Assist in handling accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR)
• Prepare invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers
• Monitor cash flow and maintain accurate financial records
• Support monthly closing and basic accounting entries
• Reconcile bank statements and track company expenses
• Ensure timely payments to vendors and collections from clients

2. Compliance & Documentation

• Ensure proper documentation for audits and financial reporting
• Maintain records in compliance with statutory and company requirements
• Assist in preparing reports for management review
• Support tax, audit, and regulatory submissions (if required)

3. Reporting & Coordination

• Prepare administrative and financial reports on a regular basis
• Support management with data analysis and operational reporting
• Coordinate with HR, operations, and other departments when necessary

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience (fresh graduates may be considered)
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and accounting software
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail
