Document Control

• Maintain, organize, and update operational documents, records, and filing systems.
• Ensure all documentation is properly controlled, archived, and readily accessible.
• Prepare, monitor, and update SOPs, work instructions, forms, and compliance records.
• Assist in data entry, report generation, and document tracking.
• Coordinate with internal departments to collect and verify required documents.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, audit requirements, and regulatory standards.
• Support internal and external audits by preparing relevant documentation.

Pest Control

• Conduct routine pest monitoring and inspection activities within warehouse and office facilities.
• Maintain pest control records, inspection logs, and treatment reports.
• Coordinate with external pest control service providers and contractors.
• Identify pest-related issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Ensure pest control measures comply with food safety, quality, health, and environmental requirements.
• Monitor pest control devices and ensure they are properly maintained and serviced.
• Follow up on corrective and preventive actions arising from pest control finding.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
