Altum Precision Sdn Bhd, a leading manufacturer in Senai, Johor, is seeking an ADMIN to join our team. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to our production/quality team.

What you'll be doing

• Prepare and organize quality-related documents
• Enter data from inspections and tests into tracking systems or spreadsheets
• Request quotation, open purchase requisition (PR) Approval form and Travel Approval form
• Claim Overtime Inspector
• Log in document
• Ad-hoc task given by superior

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a manufacturing
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and provide excellent customer service
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Excellent organisational and multitasking capabilities, with the ability to prioritise and manage competing demands
• A customer-centric mindset and a commitment to delivering high-quality service
• Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
