Job Scope – Production Planner (Manufacturing)

The Production Planner is responsible for coordinating and managing production schedules to ensure timely fulfilment of customer orders and efficient use of resources.

• Coordinate with various departments to align production schedules and ensure committed delivery plans are met according to customer sales orders.
• Plan and monitor daily and monthly production schedules, ensuring smooth workflow and optimal utilization of machines and resources.
• Liaise with buyers to ensure sufficient raw materials are available for production without affecting shipment timelines.
• Monitor customer purchase orders (POs), track delivery schedules, and follow up on required quantities and deadlines.
• Participate in daily production meetings to support planning, coordination, and execution of production activities.
• Conduct monthly physical inventory counts and monitor stock movement accuracy.
• Update and maintain inventory records and movements in SAP system.
• Prepare monthly reports on delivery performance and production planning outcomes.
• Ensure delivery commitments to customers are met consistently and efficiently.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by management.

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
