The Chambers of Shamsul Qamar (CSQ Law) is a dynamic client-focused legal practice. We are seeking a highly competent and self driven Paralegal to join our team and provide cross-departmental legal support across litigation and conveyancing. This is a hands-on role suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership to their work, and exercises sound judgment without constant supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting thorough legal research and preparing research memoranda
• Initial drafting of legal documents, correspondence and client articles
• Drafting client updated, legal circulars, and client-facing communications
• Supporting client management including follow-ups and professional correspondence
• Matter management including file progression, deadline tracking, and internal coordination
• Cross-departmental litigation and conveyancing support
• Managing case files and ensuring timely progression of matters

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years experience as a Paralegal in a busy legal firm
• Diploma in Law required ; LLB Degree is an added advantage
• Solid grounding in litigation and conveyancing fundamentals
• Exceptional research and drafting skills
• Proficiency in practice management systems and cloud-based document management
• Fluent written and verbal communication
• Demonstrates initiative, sound judgement, and professional discretion
• Self-directed and able to manage competing priorities in dynamic environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,300.00 per month

• Wangsa Maju: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
