Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor all Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) works including Electrical Systems, Extra Low Voltage (ELV) Systems, Air Conditioning & Mechanical Ventilation (ACMV), Fire Fighting Systems, Plumbing & Sanitary Systems
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Coordinate submission, review, and approval of technical documents including shop drawings, material submissions, method statements, and work procedures.
• Monitor project progress and ensure works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, quality requirements, and project schedule.
• Coordinate site activities among various M&E trades to avoid clashes and ensure efficient work sequencing.
• Attend site meetings and follow up on action items with relevant stakeholders.
• Assist the Project Manager in planning, scheduling, and monitoring M&E works.
• Coordinate Testing & Commissioning (T&C) activities for all M&E systems and ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Prepare and compile T&C documents, inspection records, operation manuals, as-built drawings, and handover documentation.
• Coordinate inspections, testing, and final handover with clients, consultants, and relevant authorities.
• Prepare project reports, progress updates, and technical correspondence related to M&E works.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in M&E coordination or construction projects.
• Familiar with Electrical, ELV, ACMV, Fire Fighting, and Plumbing & Sanitary systems.
• Knowledge of Testing & Commissioning (T&C) procedures and project documentation.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to coordinate multiple subcontractors and work packages simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of AutoCAD is an added advantage.
• Willing to travel and work at project sites when required

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
