HR Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive HR Executive to join our growing team. If you are a fast learner, enjoy multitasking, and have a passion for recruitment, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, from job posting to onboarding
• Source candidates through multiple platforms and expand new recruitment channels
• Coordinate interviews and support hiring managers in filling vacancies efficiently
• Maintain recruitment records and ensure timely hiring to support business growth
• Propose new ideas to improve recruitment reach and candidate quality

• Strong interest or experience in recruitment and talent sourcing
• Fast learner with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Proactive mindset with initiative to explore new job posting platforms
