HR Executive | Talent Acquisition & Interview Operations (Hiring Now)

Role Focus

Full-cycle recruitment exposure across sourcing, screening, interviewing, and pipeline coordination. You will develop practical skills in evaluating candidates, conducting structured interviews, and making informed hiring decisions within a fast-paced, performance-oriented setting.

What You’ll Do

• Identify and reach out to potential candidates through targeted sourcing efforts
• Conduct structured screening calls and interviews (training provided)
• Coordinate interview scheduling, follow-ups, and candidate communication
• Evaluate candidate suitability and manage an active talent pipeline
• Support onboarding processes and overall hiring coordination activities
