The Administrative Personnel will Support Service & Warranty Manager to ensure the successful delivery of Service jobs / Ad-hoc Projects.

The Administrative Personnel will Support Service & Warranty Manager to ensure the successful delivery of Service jobs / Ad-hoc Projects.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
- Conduct regular foot and vehicle patrols within the shipyard premises
- Control and monitor access at gates, including verification of staff, contractors, visitors, and vehicles
- Enforce ISPS Code requirements and shipyard security procedures
- Perform bag checks, vehicle searches, and identity verification when required
- Monitor CCTV systems, alarms, and security equipment
- Maintain accurate security logs, patrol records, and incident reports
- Respond promptly to security incidents, emergencies, and alarms
- Assist during fire, safety, pollution, or emergency situations
- Report security breaches, suspicious activities, and non-compliance issues to supervisors
- Coordinate with supervisors, port authorities, vessel crews, and relevant agencies when required
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and shipyard operational rules
- Minimum secondary school education or equivalent
- Valid Singapore Security Officer license (PLRD)
- ISPS awareness training (preferred)
- Physically fit and able to work in an industrial environment
- Able to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends
- Basic computer skills for reporting and system entries
- Strong observation and situational awareness
- Good communication and reporting skills
- Discipline, integrity, and professionalism
- Ability to handle emergencies calmly
