Job summary:

We are seeking a Customer Support Engineer to join some of the industry's brightest minds in developing and deploying today's most advanced Internet technologies.In this role, you will gain insight on the detailed functionality of Cisco products and partner with all distributed elements of the service chain. Responsibilities:

• Leads design workshops.
• Documents or reviews network requirements and High Level Design.
• Documents or reviews Low Level Design.
• Generates standard project documentation including detailed test plan for complex networks.
• Generate, build and execute technical and complex test plans and topology in CPOC environments
• Generates network configurations from Low Level Design for complex networks.
• Reviews Implementation Plans.
• Plans and executes complex Network Upgrade and Network Migration activity.
• Executes all phases of project delivery including network staging, implementation and handover.
• Carries out Knowledge transfer activities

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field from an accredited University.
• Understanding of Security and Data Center architectures, including virtualization, experience in planning, design & implementation of Data Center infrastructure and security technologies
• Hands on experience with Nexus Product Family & Cisco ACI, VXLAN, EVPN, SDWAN technologies, as well as with Catalyst series switches etc.
• Deep knowledge In Routing & in technologies such as STP, HSRP/VRRP, OSPF, IS-IS, BGP, MPLS, high availability, network/device security, QoS, IP SLA, network management.
• At least, 10 years Network engineering experience that includes deployment and migration
• CCNP equivalent certification or higher would be an advantage
• Strong Python/Java/JavaScript programming skills in Linux would be an advantage
