Job Summary

Manage daily office operations, finances, and vendor relations. Handle compliance and regulatory filings. Provide executive support to the CEO, including scheduling and reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily office operations to ensure smooth functioning across 20 F&B outlets islandwide
  • Manage vendor relationships to secure timely delivery of goods and services while maintaining cost controls
  • Administer corporate documentation and implement financial controls to safeguard company assets
  • Handling petty cash and familiar with work permit application and MOM regulation,etc
  • Prepare and submit statutory filings and regulatory documents accurately and on schedule to ensure compliance
  • Provide executive support to the CEO by managing travel arrangements, scheduling meetings, and coordinating communications
  • Develop reports and presentations to support business decisions and conduct research to inform management strategies
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate collaboration and information flow

Required competencies and certifications

  • Payroll knowledge, Work permit application, HR management,etc.
