Sales Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Engineer to join our growing team. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving sales, managing customer relationships, and supporting project execution in the controls and automation industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers

• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable technical solutions

• Conduct site visits and assessments to evaluate project scope and requirements

• Prepare and follow up on quotations and proposals

• Coordinate with internal teams for project execution and delivery

• Monitor project progress to ensure timely completion and customer satisfaction

• Provide after-sales support and technical assistance

• Achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical / Mechanical / Mechatronics Engineering or related field

• Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience (entry-level candidates are welcome)

• Basic knowledge of controls and automation systems is an advantage

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Responsible, proactive, and customer-oriented mindset

• Possess Class 3 driving license (preferred)

• Willing to travel to project sites when required
