Job Description:

• Track and manage document revisions, ensuring that only the most current versions are in use.
• Coordinate document review cycles, including the collection of feedback and implementation of revisions.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards for document control and record-keeping.
• Assist in the preparation of QA audit documentation and support internal and external audits.
• Collaborate with QA teams to ensure that all quality documentation supports and aligns with QA policies and procedures.
• Ensure that all QA documents meet regulatory and industry standards.

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in administration, quality management, or a related field.
• Previous experience in document control, quality assurance, or administrative roles is an advantage.
• Ability to track and manage document revisions accurately.
• Fresh graduate with strong background in related business/engineering discipline will also be considered.
