About the Role

We are looking for a motivated intern to support our Human Resources and Strategy functions. This role offers exposure to people management, organizational development, and strategic planning within a dynamic automotive dealership environment. You’ll gain hands-on experience in HR operations while contributing to projects that shape the dealership’s long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities

HR Support

• Assist with recruitment activities (job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews).
• Support onboarding and orientation processes for new hires.
• Help maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and internal communications.

Strategy & Business Development

• Conduct market and competitor research to support dealership growth strategies.
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and dashboards for management.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions for process improvement and customer experience enhancement.
• Support strategic projects across sales, service, and marketing functions.

Collaboration

• Work closely with HR, sales, and service teams to align people initiatives with business goals.
• Provide administrative support for meetings, workshops, and training sessions.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree/diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Interest in HR practices and strategic business planning.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with HR tools/software is a plus.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
