Job Responsibilities
The successful candidate will support the school’s daily operations and ensure a safe, clean, and conducive environment for students and staff. Key responsibilities include:
Facilities & Environment Upkeep
Maintain cleanliness of classrooms, special rooms, and the General Office.
Ensure proper locking and unlocking of gates, classrooms, offices, and other areas as required.
Set and disarm alarm systems daily in accordance with school protocols.
Monitor and maintain the general store, including tracking movement of items, identifying items for replacement, and ensuring cleanliness and organisation. Notify the Operations Manager when stock levels are low.
Logistics Support
Provide logistical support for school events, meetings, and daily activities, including venue setup and teardown.
Assist in the preparation of rooms or event spaces to ensure readiness ahead of scheduled activities.
Facilities Management Support
Assist the Operations Manager with basic facilities management and maintenance tasks.
Conduct regular checks on school facilities and report faults or irregularities promptly to the Operations Manager.
