Responsibilities

• Liaise with Project Managers for resource administration, including requisitions, timesheet tracking and leave applications
• Support hiring, onboarding, and offboarding of project team members, managing security clearance and checklist management
• Assist with project administration activities such as financial tracking and resource renewal
• Maintain and track project and operations documentation
• Monitor account and vulnerability compliance, prepare operational statistics and report on server utilization and performance metrics

Requirements

• Experience in project administration or PMO support, preferably in IT or related industries
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage project deliverables
• Knowledge of operations management and organizational effectiveness
• Clear communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
