- Assist in HR operations, recruitment & onboarding
- Support employee training programs and development initiatives
- Manage HR documentation and administrative tasks
- Assist in business operations, reporting & project coordination
- Conduct market research and support business improvement initiatives
- Support company events, team activities & internal communication
Requirements:
Currently pursuing studies in HR, Business Management, Administration, Psychology or related fields
Good communication & organizational skills
Proactive, detail-oriented and willing to learn
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Hands-on HR & business management experience
Exposure to real company operations
